Local Returns (Albuquerque Area)

      • Ensure that the items are unworn and unwashed, except for trying them on.
      • Verify that your items meet our return eligibility criteria.
   2. Visit Our Location:
      • Bring the item(s) to our return location at 2432 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
      • Our team will perform a quick inspection to ensure the items meet our return criteria.
      • Alternatively, you may choose to ship the items back to us at the same address. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
   3. Receive Your Refund:
      • Once the inspection is complete, a refund will be issued immediately.
      • Refunds are typically reflected onto the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Out-of-State Returns

      • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
      • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
   4. Receive Your Refund:
      • Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the items.
      • After inspection, a refund will be issued immediately.
      • Refunds are typically reflected onto the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Additional Information

• We do not offer exchanges. Once you receive your refund, you can place a new order for any desired items.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of wear or have been laundered.
• We do not refund or except returns on special order items sized 2X, 3X or 4T. We also do not accept items marked “Special Order: Delivered in 14 days”
